Open to the world
1. All participants shall sign a waiver of liability and hold harmless
agreement releasing an indemnifying the Fairboard and it's agents from any
damages that may arise out of this event. Furthermore, the participant
should be award that the event is dangerous and they enter at their own
risk.
2. All participants shall be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's
license.
3. No alcohol shall be detected on the participant or be present in the
tract area/pit area. If alcohol is detected, it shall result in immediate
disqualification.
4. The participant shall provide their own vehicle and show proof of
ownership at the time of the race.
5. The participant shall possess a valid driver's license.
6. The participant should also provide the mandatory safety equipment
including: Full-faced helmet, eye protection, shoes, pants (no shorts) and a
shirt.
7. Wear secured seat or safety belt and a Consumer Product Safety Commission
(CPSC) approved helmet.
Chins-strap MUST be secured while on track.
8. Attend driver's meeting prior to event
9. No driver shall extend his or her arm outside of vehicle.
10. Driver shall not be pregnant.

Vehicle
1. Two wheel-drive and four-wheel drive trucks and cars are eligible.
2. Vehicles should meet all the requirements set forth by the appropriate
organizing group.
3. Vehicles should not have illegal modifications or modifications that
would make the vehicle non-street worthy.
(No Dune Buggies)
4. All vehicles MUST HAVE FUNCTIONAL BRAKES.
5. Only STREET LEGAL tires are allowed (NO TRACTOR TIRES).
6. Fuel must be gasoline only. No nitrous oxide, and no additives of any
kind.
7. All vehicles are subject to inspection by the Rough Truck Committee. The
approval of the vehicles by the Rough Truck committee shall mean that the
vehicle is APPROVED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ROUGH TRUCK EVENT and SHALL NOT
be construed in any way to mean the vehicle is mechanically sound. Be it
further declared that the rough Truck committee or Agricultural Society
shall not be liable or responsible for any mechanical failure, losses,
injury, or death resulting from the same.
8. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OF ENTRY MONEY FOR VIOLATION OF ANY RULE.

SMALL GARDEN TRACTOR TUG-PULL CHAIRMAN

6. Weigh in will be compound area between 2:00 and 6:30 p.m.

FARM TRACTOR TUG-PULL

All tractors left overnight must be parked against the fence.
No tractors, trucks or
trailers may park in the
campground unit.
Violators subject to towing.
Open to anyone who is capable of driving a tractor and who abides by the
following rules:
RULES:
1. Only farm tractors on rubber are eligible. No caterpillar tractors, four
wheel drive tractors, home made tractors, steel wheel or dual wheels may be
used. No cut tires are allowed.
2. No tire chains will be allowed.3. Distance of pull will be 20 feet at one
hitching. Start to be made with a tight chain B no jerking start. Length of
chain to be at least four feet minimum.
4. Contestants will be given two trials to move any load the given distance.
Driver must remain in seat while pull is being made. Contestants may choose
either end of sled for second trial providing boundary permits.
5. Only the driver shall be allowed on the tractor while trial is being
made. Tractor must be under control at all times. No tractor may be operated
by more than one person.
6. Each contestant must hitch to a mechanical secured drawbar in all
directions. Height of point of pulling draft may not be over 18 inches.
7. Each entrant must furnish his own clevis. Clevis must be a bolted clevis.
8. Axle hitching will not be allowed.
9. Use of fluid in tires is permitted. All weights added must be regulation
manufactured equipment, or its equivalent wheel and frame weights, and
properly secured. Weights may be moved after first pull for safety reasons
under supervision of committee member.
10. Class A - Up to 2800 lbs.
Class B - Up to 3800 lbs.
Class C - Up to 5100 lbs.
Class D - Up to 7200 lbs.
Class E - Up to 9000 lbs. (No larger than 18.4 tires)
Class F - Up to 12,000 lbs. (No larger than 20.8 tires)
Class G - 14,500 lbs. (20.8 tires)
11. No guides or helpers, while pull is being made.
12. Boundaries will be plainly marked and tractor must stay within these
limits while trial is being made. Failure to do so will nullify the trial.
13. The committee shall have full power to decide any questions arising in
connection with the contest subject to the rules and administration as
provided. In any event not covered by the rules, the committee shall have
full power to decide in a manner that is fairest to the majority.
14. Failure to comply promptly with the direction of the committee shall
result in immediate disqualification of the contestant. In such cases,
entrance fee will not be refunded.
15. Only authorized persons, judges and linemen are allowed in the pulling
area.
16. Weights can extend no more than 12² past the hitch point 1st - $25.00 &
trophy ~ 2nd - $20.00 & rosette ~ 3rd- $15.00 & rosette ~ 4th $10.00 &
rosette
17. Weights are to be attached to the tractor where they will not be harmful
or injurious to the hitcher. The hitcher may so declare and refuse to hitch.
18. Modified models will not be allowed.

HORSE TUG PULL

RULES:
1. The distance for each pull shall be 27 feet, but distance of less than 27
feet will be used to determine the winner or placement at the end of the
contest. The second best distance will break ties.
2. The distance between the side boundaries shall be 15 feet. Teams must
stay within the side boundaries while pulling. If a horse touches the rope
regardless it nullifies the pull unless the back judge whistle blows for
full distance for toppage of sled prior to rope being touched.
3. All teams must take a first pull. Each team shall take first and second
while hitched to the sled. Drivers may pass their second pull. A third pull
may be taken after all teams have had their first and second pull.
4. Drivers will have six trips to get hitched (first and second pull
attempts). If he misses all six, they will be disqualified.
5. You will have 3 minutes to get hooked to the sled and make your first
pull. The time starts when the announcer calls your name. You shall have 2
minutes between your first and second pull. On the third pull, you shall
have 3 minutes, from the time the announcer calls your name, to get hitched.
Failure to do so will place you in the contest with the best distance of
your first and second pulls. If the team is deemed unmanageable by the
judges, then the team shall be disqualified, placed last, and no moneys or
awards shall be given.
6. The first and second pull shall be in the direction indicated by the
judges. A third pull may be in either direction providing enough room
remains on the track. If a team is hooked to the sled and keeps bumping it,
they may have to go the same direction even if they pass the turn around
point.
7. Any forward movement of the load after the driver gives the command to go
will be counted as a pull. Judges may require the teamster to straighten the
sled. Judges will determine if a break allows a new pull.
8. A whistle or signal shall be given when the team has made the distance or
committed an error nullifying distance. The driver must stop the team
immediately after the signal.
9. No heading is allowed any time that a horse is inside a rope. No
touching, petting, or speaking to horses by helpers. If the horses get
tangled and need to be headed, they must unhook and leave the sled and then
hook back on for the same pull. Teamsters must have the judge¹s approval to
unhook. Any violation of the above will result in loss of that pull.
10. Each team shall be driven by one driver through the entire contest
except in case of an injury or if the contestant chooses to switch drivers.
This can only be done on a first attempt to hitch to a new load, and only
with judge¹s approval. You can only change drivers one time. Each driver
shall have no more than two helpers in hitching. Helpers must stay behind
hitch point when horses are pulling.
11. All other individuals shall remain away from the pulling track. The
driver may have a helper on lines until the horse has a foot inside the
ropes. The pull will be forfeited if the lines are not released.
12. Drivers shall drive with reasonable tight lines. In no case shall a
driver be allowed to stimulate, whirling, or shaking the lines. Drivers
shall not touch horses in any manner, but shall be allowed to drive from in
front of the doubletree. Any violation of the above will result in loss of
that pull.
13. A contestant shall be disqualified by the fair board committee if there
is:
A. Undue abuse or treatment to the horses on or off the pulling track.
B. Undue profanity.
C. Administration of any foreign substance by dermal, inhalation, oral or
parenteral route.
D. No water buckets or watering of horses once they come into the arena
area.
14. If any team is unmanageable or difficult to handle in the opinion of the
judges and fair board committee, the team shall be disqualified and taken by
order from the field.
15. By participation in this event, at least one competing member of the
team is subject to testing for foreign substance and to submit to urine
sample collection if it is the decision of the horse pull committee.
A. Refusal to submit a horse to urine sample collection will result in
disqualification of the teamster from the competition and forfeiture of all
moneys and prizes from the competition in which the refusal occurred.
B. Teamster will be required to unharness the horses in a timely manner.
C. Teamster must cooperate with the veterinarian and the sponsor in
obtaining the test sample.
D. The sponsor reserves the right to detain the horses for a period of up to
two hours for the purpose of obtaining a urine sample. After two hours, a
blood sample will be collected if no urine sample can be obtained. A blood
sample will be collected to accompany each urine sample.
E. Refusal or failure of the teamster to sign the urine custody form will in
no way affect the validity of the test specimen.
F. If substance testing is found positive, the teamster must return all
money the sponsor by Dec. 1, of the year the violation took place. Any
foreign substance found in the blood and/or urine shall be deemed a positive
test.
Disciplinary action for violation of any rule shall be observed and enforced
at all events by sponsors who adopt the uniform rules. The penalties shall
be one (1) year disablement for a positive test any entrant, or entrants, as
in case of a split team.
G. No team shall leave the pulling arena without authorization of sponsor or
veterinarian.
16. Teams will draw for positions for pulling order. No late entry once a
pair has taken their final pull.
17. In case of breakage, the team will leave the track and come in at the
end of the round for their turn and pick up their proper place in the next
round.
18. No bits, chains, or extras will be hung on the harness. Also, there will
be no ropes on the horses or harness. All teams will pull with blinds on
their bridles.
19. Scales for weighing will open at 12:00. The scales shall close one-half
hour before the pull starts. Weighing will be done by the designated weigh
master and the fair board chairperson at the east end of the compound. All
light weight teams must be 3300 lbs. Or under and 3301 lbs. Are heavy
weights.
20. No lightweight horses will be permitted to pull in the heavyweight
contest except in case of not enough teams to make a good pull with the
consent of the judges. They will go to the end of the money (purse).
21. There must be a first place winner determined at the sled. A pull cannot
end with all final pairs passing. At least two blocks will be added for a
new load in the event pairs quit.
22. No deletion of the above rules, although individual fairs reserve the
right to add additional regulations at their discretion.
23. Entry fee is $5.00 plus admission to the fair.

PEDAL TRACTOR PULL

RULES:
1. The contestant must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance
2. Pedal tractors will be furnished for all contestants.
3. All contestants must wear shoes.
4. All contestants will be given three chances to get the sled moving from
the starting line.
5. The pulling tractor must stay between the lines of the pulling lane or on
the pulling lane at all times.
6. If the tractor leaves the pulling lane, the distance will be measured
from the starting line to the point where the tractor crossed the boundary.
7. In case of a tie, there will be a pull-off to determine the winner.
8. There will be six (6) classes of contestants. They are:
Class 1: 30-45 lbs.
Class 2: 46-60 lbs.
Class 3: 61-75 lbs.
Class 4: 76-90 lbs.
Class 5: 90-105 lbs.
Class 6: Open
9. Both boys and girls are eligible to enter, age limit of 12 years of age.
10. Prizes will be awarded to each winner.
11. The judge's decision will be final for all pulls and contestant
weigh-ins.
12. All contestants must be present by the time of pedal pull with a signed
permission slip in hand.
13. Registration for the tractor pull will begin at 12:00 noon in front of
the coliseum.
14. Only registered children are qualified to participate. The child must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of registration.
15. Spectators must stay in the stands.
16. The first contestant in each class at the finish of his or her pull has
the option to accept the pull as official or
may choose to re-pull in third position. The second pull will be the
official pull.

Vehicles weigh before each pull.
1. Pro Stock Truck: No bar tread tires, 24 inch maximum hitch height,
minimum of 36 inches from center of rear axle, no exhaust through hood, must
have fire extinguisher, only 1 carburetor, operational kill switch
mandatory. Must have Drive Shaft Loops.
2. Super Stock Truck: Length of draw bar will be 27% of wheel base of truck
and 26 inches from the ground. Hitch must conform to specifications of the
ATPA FWD class except as stated in this clause. A secondary hitch (safety
hitch) is mandatory for the 2004 season. Engine is limited to 410 cubic
inches. Engine must be of the same manufacturer as the truck. Any cam
allowed and intake changes permitted with one (1) single, four (4) barrel
carburetor with working floats and mechanical linkage. The use of a ³split²
carburetor is permitted. Aluminum heads are permitted. Fuel injection, air
compressing devices and aluminum engine blocks are not permitted in this
class. The engine must be in the stock location compartment. The engine, if
moved forward, must be behind the stock position of the front grill as
intended by the manufacturer. Grill position must be stock and may not be
altered. If engine is moved forward, the rear (back) of the engine block
must be a minimum of twelve inches (12²) behind the center line of the front
axle. Mini trucks (S-10, Ranger, Dakota, etc.) are permitted to run V-8
engines ­ location to be the same as full-sized trucks. Fiberglass body
components are not permitted unless OEM.
All competitors must wear complete driving suit, and leather boots. No
leather tennis shoes or sneakers are permitted. Helmet must be ³Shell 80² or
higher and is required. Head sock is not required. Maximum tire size to be
112 circumference inflated with 30 psi, with the original bar not to exceed
eighteen (18) inches width before cutting.
3. 8000 lb Hot Diesel Pick Up: 26² hitch must be a factory diesel production
engine for pickup any make truck no larger than one (1) ton, exhaust must
exit straight up or down. Diesel Engines Only. No Fiberglass bodies or
manufactured frames. Scatter blankets and air shutoff required if engine
runs over 4,000 rpm. Deisel fuel only. No pressurized fuels. Must have drive
shaft loops. 4. Mod Stock N.A. Tractors -- Tires size 18.4 limit. Tractor
must have backup alarm. Tractor must have break away kill switch and deadman
throttle, must have wheelie bars. Must have scatter blanket. Side shields
required. Maximum drawbar height 20". fire extinguisher must be on tractor.
No automotive V-8 engines. Helmet and seat belt required. No nitrous. No
Turbos.
5. Super Stock and Super Pro Stock Tractor: Tire size 30.5 32 maximum/Pro
24.5 maximum. Engine to be same as manufacturers. Turbo chargers more than
one allowed must be under hood of tractor. (Super Stocks only) (Pro Stocks
one charger). Fire extinguisher required on tractor. Helmet must be worn.
Seat belt on tractor required. Drawbar maximum height 20". Scatter blanket
required around bellhousing. Fuel: Gas Diesel (alcohol Super Stock only).
All tractors must have air and fuel shutoff or kill switch. All weights must
be fastened securely. All tractors must have make and model sheet metal. All
drawbars must be stationary. Super Stock tractors will run the weight of
8000 lbs. Pro Stock tractors will run the weight of 8300 lbs.
6. 6500 lb Modified Multi Engine Tractor will run Buckeye Tractor Rules.
7. N/A Two Wheel Drive Trucks: will run Buckeye Modified 2-Wheel Truck
Pullers Association Rules.
8. Hot Semi¹s- 48² Hitch Height.
9. All trucks must have closed doors. (No tire chains, studs or dual
wheels).
Judge's decisions will be final. Entrants under 18 years of age must have
written permission of parent or guardian.
Pull is ended when vehicle engine stalls, when forward motion stops, or when
vehicle loses weights, parts, or an excessive amount of liquid.
All weights must be securely fastened. Trucks must be operated in a safe
manner at all times.
Entry fees are $25.00
One driver per truck, per class, allowed unless there are less than 10
entries in the class, then the option of two drivers, per class allowed.
Pull will be held at the Perry County Fairgrounds in the arena.
Weighing will take place in the compound area at the west end of the
compound.
10. Stock N/A Tractors - Shaved Tires Allowed.
11. Farm Check Tractors - Not Cut Tires. Must had working Tachometer. 3,000
engine rpm limit. Must pull from factor drawbar.
12. Hot Farm Tractors - Must have scatter blanket, side shields, and air
shut off. No tire size limit.
No alcoholic beverages will be permitted on the grounds. Law enforcement
provided.
Not responsible for injury, accidents, theft or loss of articles. Standard
class safety equipment required.

TRACTOR RULES
13. Weights must be securely fastened to the tractor.
Contest is open to tractors with rubber tires. No duals, four wheel drives,
tire studs, or chains allowed. Tire size limit of 20.8" for stock tractors.
No tire limit on unchecked. No cut tires on farm tractors.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have written permission of parents or
guardian.
Tractors may be entered in more than one class. Only one driver for any
tractor, per class. Classes having less than ten (10) entries may have two
drivers per class.
Drawbar to be stationary in all directions. Drawbar height maximum 20" from
top of hitching device to ground.
Pull is ended when tractor engine stalls, when forward motion stops, or when
tractor loses weights, parts, or liquid from tires or any part of the
tractor.
Farm Tractors: Must have factory-equipped engine.
Not responsible for injury, accidents, theft, loss, or damage to articles.
Weight transfer sled will be used, pull starts at 5:00p.m.
No alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds. Law enforcement provided.
Standard class safety equipment required.
Hot Farm must have scater blackst and working kill switch.

DEMOLITION DERBY
Monday -- 7:00 p.m.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NITRO DEMOLITION DERBY is promoted as an unusual spectator attraction,
and while the following RULES AND REGULATIONS DO NOT IMPLY NOR GUARANTEE
SAFETY, they are set up in the interest of safety by the promoter and track
where the event is being held. The driver and his crew are subject to and
must obey the following:
1. Each driver must:
A. Be of legal age of 18 years or older.
B. Have a valid senior driver's license.
C. Fill out an entry
D. Furnish car (ownership proof may be required)
2. All persons must read and sign the liability release sheet and receive a
pit pass and contestants of NITRO DEMOLITION DERBY are not employees of the
track, organization, Fair Association or the promoter of NITRO DEMOLITION
DERBY.
3. The track or promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any and all
entries, and contestants of NITRO DEMOLITION DERBY are not employees of the
track, organization, Fair Association or the promoter of NITRO DEMOLITION
DERBY.
4. The promoter, track owner, or Fair will not be responsible for any cars,
parts, or personal property at any time.
TYPE OF CAR
Regular Car: Any American-made stock hardtop automobile or station wagon is
allowed. No trucks, convertibles, hearses, limousines or Pre1967 Chrysler
Imperials are allowed.
Mini-Car: Any four cylinder vehicle with a wheel base of 98: or less, with a
weight of 2450 pounds or less, Specifications
must be from NADA book before stripping. No four-wheel drives or jeeps.
PREPARATION OF CAR
REMOVE #1 THROUGH #3 BEFORE ARRIVING AT TRACK OR FAIRGROUNDS
1. ALL GLASS INCLUDING WINDSHIELD, SIDE WINDOWS, REAR WINDOW, HEAD AND
TAILLIGHTS, ROLLING WINDOWS DOWN IS NOT PERMITTED.
2. CHROME MOULDING STRIPS AND THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE REAR SEAT.
ANY SHARP PROTRUDING FINS OR DANGEROUS OBJECTS. (Mash down or cut off)
3. CARS MUST HAVE HOODS. Steel bar may be attached from firewall to top to
protect the driver. THE HOOD MUST HAVE A HOLE CUT APPROXIMATELY 8" SQUARE OR
DIAMETER OVER THE CARBURETOR.
Hoods, trunk lids, and tailgates may be fastened down in 6 places using only
2 strands of wire through each hold. (Wiring must be from sheet metal to
sheet metal with no wires around bumpers.) REMOVE HOOD LATCHES. NO WELDS ON
HOODS, TRUNK LIDS OR TAILGATES. NO CAR WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE TRACK
WITHOUT A HOOD. Cutting fenders for clearance only is OK. Ends of bumpers
may be cut off.
4. THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED: SPECIAL BUMPERS, STEEL OR CONCRETE IN
FRAME OR BODY, REINFORCEMENTS, FABRICATIONS OR TRAILER HITCHES, DOUBLE
TIRES, LOADED TIRES, TIRE STUDS OR SCREWS IN RIMS TO HOLD TIRES, WHEEL
WEIGHTS, TRUCK, PADDLE, MACHINERY,
OR BAR TIRES. TIRES MAY HAVE ONLY AIR OR A TUBE INSIDE THEM. MAXIMUM TIRE
SIZE -- "H" OR 235-15.
5. Leaf springs should remain stock. If they are rebuilt, as in taking out
leaves and adding cut-off mains due to weak or broken leaves, then the
maximum number of springs leaves should be 8 and they should step down about
an inch and a half each leave starting with the second leave. No truck
leafs. Springs must have flex and a working shackel. NO main overs. NO coil
springs cars converted to leaf springs allowed.
6. Welded solid or chained down engine mounts are recommended. If replacing
body mount bolts, bolts should be no bigger than 1/2" diameter. Washers
should be no larger than 3" diameter.
7. Radiators and transmission coolers must remain in original position or be
removed. WATER ONLY, NO ANTIFREEZE.
8. Either a roll bar or a sissy bar is permitted, NOT both. Roll bars must
be behind the front seat with front support braces only. No part of the roll
bar is to be outside of the car. No cages, NO X-bracing.
9. All doors must be fastened shut with wire or straps or welded for
driver's safety.
10. STOCK GAS TANK MUST BE REMOVED to the back seat or trunk area in front
of the back axle. A portable
tank with a metal or rubber hose run to the stock gas line is recommended.
NO PLASTIC HOSE. The tank must be securely fastened to the floor and
covered. Four gallons of gas are allowed per heat. CUT-OFF switch must be
installed on all electric fuel pumps.
11. Fuel pump must be inside tank or mounted securely. Evidence of fuel
leakage will disqualify car.
12. ONLY ONE BATTERY, any size is allowed. It may be moved to any position
in the lower section of the car, but it must be securely fastened and
covered.

14. Front doors must be painted white for safety and numbered. Special
numbers are permitted. No profanity will be allowed on any portion of the
car.
15. It is recommended that the driver's door be reinforced inside with steel
bar, angle iron, or pipe. Length not to
exceed 8" on either end of the driver's door. Cement is permitted only in
the driver's door.
16. A strong wire or nylon mesh screen is recommended in the driver's window
and windshield area. Plexiglass is
permitted in driver's windshield.
17. Each car must be signed in and inspected at the track at least one hour
before show time.
18. Auto must be swept clean. No junk tires, wheels, metal parts, etc.
allowed in car.
RUNNING
1. Safety belt and z-90 approved helmet and goggles or face shield are
required and must be worn at all times when on the track. 2. NO DRINKING OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in the pit, track or emergency vehicle area. Any drivers
or pit persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately
disqualified and removed from the grounds.
3. Boundaries of the arena must be observed. Deliberately hitting an
opponent's car that is on the logs is not permitted. Cars on logs may be
disqualified if they are a safety hazard.
4. No deliberate head-on collisions or deliberately hitting opponent's
driver's door. Officials decision is final.
5. Vehicles must have dependable brakes at all times. if your brakes fail
during a heat, do not move your car.
6. Car will be disqualified if it catches fire or the driver's door comes
open during a heat.
7. One-minute time limit is enforced by track officials for re-starts and
making contact with another car. Hits must be aggressive. Simple contact
within the time limit does not constitute combat and could be considered
sandbagging.
8. No "buddying" permitted on the track (two or more drivers ganging up on
an opponent.)
9. All drivers and pit persons must attend the driver's meeting before the
show.
10. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and will be grounds for
disqualification, and barring from future derbies. Drivers are responsible
for the actions of their crew members.
11. All cars are to be removed from the fairgrounds or track before the show
or they will become the property of the track or fairgrounds and the
officials will have them removed. (Unless otherwise specified at the
driver's
meeting.) Titles must be turned in for all cars left for junk.
12. A $25 protest fee is required to protest another car. Protest must be
made within 15 minutes before the first heat.
13. A fire extinguisher is recommended at close reach in the driver's
compartment. Additional safety regulations
may be imposed depending on the track.
14. Officials reserve the right to re-inspect any car at any time.
The Regular Car Derby will be composed of individual heats and one
Championship feature with trophy and cash prizes to the three winners (last
three running cars) of each heat, and a trophy and cash prize to the 1st,
2nd and 3rd in the Championship feature.
MINI-CAR: The mini-car heat will be either a separate, self-contained heat
with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners each receiving prize money and a trophy,
or it will be run as a regular heat with three co-winners (last three
competing cars) and each place will receive a trophy and prize and all three
will be eligible to run in the regular car championship feature.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

3. No Nitrous oxide or compressed fuels. Top fuel only.
4. All protests are to be made before class starts, protests are to be made
by class participants only.
5. Pull Committee reserves the right to bar rule violators from future
pulls!
6. Pull must be straight-line run. Excessive weaving or recklessness is
grounds for disqualification.
7. Failure to obey the flagger will result in disqualification.
8. Any unsportsman-like conduct will result in disqualification.
9. No entry refunds for disqualification or breakdowns during class.
10. It is the responsibility of the puller to know which class the vehicle
belongs in.
11. Class entries made after class is closed will require double entry fee.
12. All participants must show proof of insurance and sign liability waiver
at registration. All participants under 16 years of age must have parent or
guardian signature.

6,200 LB. MODIFIED STOCK TRUCK:
Must have working kill switch, any protests on engine $75.00 ($50.00
back, $25.00 to alumni), all trucks may be
checked under hood prior to pull, engine and transmission must be same as
make of truck with cast iron heads. 850 cfm 4 barrel limit, no dominator
carburetors, low plane aluminum intake allowed, dash must be complete, all
glass (no Plexiglas), must have 2 bucket or bench seat, fire extinguisher
must be within operator's reach. Factory-type fuel pump for model of truck,
fuel tank in bed or in factory position, no alcohol fuels, headers must be
straight down and back, no wrangler or look-alike tires, no approved, spring
clamps allowed on springs, drive shaft loops and shields recommended,
maximum 24 inch hitch height, hitch must not be less than 36 inches from
center of the rear axle, rear end must be movable with 1 inch minimum
clearance between block and frame (not solid with frame), no exotic
suspensions, front weights maximum of 60 inches from center of front axle
not to exceed 195 inches from center of rear axle, must have standard bed or
